Today I made two. A sweet 1930's Aunt Grace and a Blue & Yellow. Listening to my favorite country radio station, I just sat and kept sewing. After two days of raining and now waiting for our next snowstorm, I had the most enjoyable day.

Very pretty blocks, but I'm REALLY jealous of your daffodils! Our flowers in Colorado are a long way off.
ReplyDeleteWOW these are terrific. I must make one of these. I love the look..hugs Khris in Oz
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad I read the post on the quiltvillechat group where you posted your blog addy ;) I'm enjoying it so far. ;)
ReplyDeleteI was in a choose your own colors string swap and choose 1930's around 2" cut white... and love mine! I've layed them out twice and admired them but have yet to start sewing them together into a top. I hope to make several more and perhaps participate in another CYOS stirng swap again and ask for more of the same. My plan is to make 2 twin size quilts for my daughters to have on their beds when they move in together in a year or so. ;)
Love from Texas! ~bonnie
